Terms & Conditions
At Signed Plates we go to enormous effort to ensure you will be delighted with your unique purchase and satisfied in all respects with the service you receive. Our terms and conditions are designed to ensure your expectations are met in every way.
1. Our Plates are sold subject to these terms and conditions.
2. Your order confirms your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
3. Your signed / transmitted order confirms the exact details of your requirements and we cannot accept any further changes.
4. If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, this can be done only up to the point of production.
5 All our products are hand painted by our skilled artists and due to the very nature of production, may differ very slightly from our picture gallery.
6 We will dispatch your plate within 4 weeks of receipt of your order.
7 We take considerable care to ensure your plate arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event it gets damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge as quickly as possible.
8 Any damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours by telephone.
9 Any damaged items must be returned to us in the original packaging before dispatch of replacement.
10 After receiving your plate we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent damage that may be caused to your plate for whatever reason.
11 Due to the chemical components of the glaze, fine surface lines may appear over time. This will not detract in any way on the appearance of your plate and is a perfectly natural part of the aging process. We cannot therefore be held responsible for this potential occurrence.
12 We regularly update our picture gallery and may include your chosen design unless you have specifically told us not to when placing your order.
